In today’s AI-powered workplace, tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot are transforming how we work—but they also come with hidden risks. Playing Safe with AI at Work is a fast-paced, interactive course designed to help employees use AI confidently without compromising privacy, compliance, or trust.

Through bite-sized video lessons, realistic scenarios, and interactive quizzes, learners will explore how to:

  • Recognize and avoid risky AI behaviors such as pasting confidential data or using unapproved “shadow” tools.

  • Understand what Incognito or Temporary Chat really means—and when to use it.

  • Protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and comply with data protection laws like GDPR and CPRA.

  • Distinguish between enterprise AI tools (e.g., Bot@Work) and public chatbots, and choose the right one for secure use.

  • Apply the Do’s and Don’ts of AI use at work, including how to report misuse and prevent data leaks.

  • Uphold NDAs and compliance obligations while using AI responsibly.

The course closes with a golden rule: If you wouldn’t shout it in a crowded room, don’t share it with AI.
